In high school, I decided to change my eating habits and pay close attention to the foods that I was eating. Soon after I changed my diet, I noticed that healthy eating made an incredible difference in the quality of my life! By removing certain foods from my diet, and establishing a consistent eating cycle, I began to feel like a new and revitalized person. I have always pursued an active lifestyle, and the combination of physical activity and proper nutrition has made an enormous impact on the way I look and feel!
